PROJECT 01
The Sustainable Smart Home
Scope: Residential Construction & Renewable Integration
For this architectural build in the suburbs, McGirr Electrical delivered a complete "future ready" energy ecosystem. We moved beyond a standard wiring fit-out, installing a 10kW Solar Array paired with a Solar Battery storage system. To enhance the lifestyle of the homeowners, we integrated a dual EV Charging station in the garage and a state-of-the-art Induction Cooktop in the kitchen. The result is a carbon-neutral home that provides the owners with total energy independence and zero electricity bills.
PROJECT 02
Electrical Fit-Out – Dairy Bell – Mill Park
We recently completed an electrical installation for a local builder working on a brand-new ice cream restaurant. Projects like these require careful planning to ensure all power, lighting, and equipment installations are completed safely, efficiently, and ready for day-to-day business operations.
PROJECT 03
Renovation – Domestic – Forrest Hill
We recently completed another renovation project for one of our long-term clients, and it’s always rewarding to work with customers who continue to trust our team with their electrical needs.
PROJECT 04
Warehouse Fit Out – Commercial – Braeside
Our team recently completed the warehouse refurbishment for a client of ours, who runs a commercials concrete company, helping transform the space into a safer more functional space
